1) Belief in something. Research has shown
that those who have faith live longer
2) Hear all but belief little especially bad ‘reports’(words). It has been discovered that most suicide cases are due to what they (victim) hear people saying or news report
3) Quit smoking, by drinking one stick less each week. Smoking is found to reduce life expectancy by 15-25 years
4) Laugh and relax. Conscious relaxation helps you to recharge your body and mind. So also is laughter that is why your brain need it.
5) Balanced diet is the only best diet your body needs. Foods with additives and too much processing are as poisonous as they tastes.
6) Find a way to bring life to everywhere you may be. No one’s situation is better, anyone we think faces no problem actually does. The different is only how we package ourselves, challenge is challenge.
7) Face life’s ‘work-to-do’ with enthusiasm. Over the time people only remember those who make them laugh, and barely remember those who make them feel sad.
8) Attitude is everything. Always make request instead of complaints. Always take actions instead of worrying. Common sense is the ability to see things as they are and to treat them as they should be treated.
9) Garlic. Try to take ‘garlic-ed ‘ recipe, it has been found to prevent more disease than any plant, it’s also the main constituent of ancient Egypt herbal medicines
10) Giving gift is a great mood booster. Give gift often, it doesn’t need to be much (unless you have the money), kind words is a gift, a simple ‘thank you’ can make life better for someone. Doing nice thing for other person is a great route to self happiness.
